- 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian rolls
- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef (deli counter)
- 6 slices provolone cheese (torn in half)

- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds or poppy seeds (optional)
For the Au Jus:
- 1½ cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Preheat and Prep
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
Step 2: Slice the Rolls
- Without separating individual rolls, slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls horizontally (top and bottom).
- Place bottom half in prepared dish.
Step 3: Assemble Sliders
- Layer roast beef evenly on bottom rolls.
- Top with provolone slices.
- Place top slab of rolls back on.
Step 4: Butter and Bake
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, Worcestershire, and onion powder. Brush over tops.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
Step 5: Make Au Jus
- While sliders bake, bring beef broth, Worcestershire, soy sauce, garlic powder, and pepper to a simmer. Keep warm.
