Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Make Meatloaf Mixture
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until just combined (don’t overmix).
Step 2: Shape & Wrap
- Shape meat mixture into a loaf (about 9×5 inches). Place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Wrap bacon slices around the loaf, tucking ends underneath.
Step 3: Make Glaze
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and mustard.
Step 4: Bake
