  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese (torn in half)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup diced pickles or relish
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Preheat and Cook Beef

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain fat. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Make Sauce

  1. Mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, and pickles in a small bowl.

Step 3: Prep the Rolls

  1. Without separating individual rolls, slice entire slab of Hawaiian rolls horizontally (top and bottom).
  2. Place bottom half in a greased 9×13 baking dish.

Step 4: Assemble

  1. Spread sauce on bottom rolls.
  2. Top with cooked ground beef, crumbled bacon, and cheddar slices.
  3. Place top slab of rolls back on.

Step 5: Butter and Bake

  1. Mix melted butter and garlic powder. Brush over tops.
  2. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  3. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.

Step 6: Serve

  1. Separate sliders. Serve hot. Watch them vanish.
