- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tablespoon garlic paste)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Pinch of salt

Step 1: Prep
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Slice bread in half horizontally (like a hot dog bun).
Step 2: Make Garlic Butter
- Mix softened butter, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
- Spread generously on both cut sides of the bread.
Step 3: Add Cheese
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan evenly over both halves.
- Place on baking sheet, cheese side up.
Step 4: Bake
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden brown.
- Broil for 1 extra minute if you want darker, crispier spots.
