Ingredients

  • 4 cups corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or 2 cans drained)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Melt the Butter

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Step 2: Sauté the Garlic

  1. Add minced garlic. Cook 30-60 seconds until fragrant (don’t burn!).
