- 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough or 8 homemade roll dough balls
- 4 oz (115g) mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 cubes
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- ¼ cup (25g) grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Prep
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line with parchment.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic.
Step 2: Stuff
- Flatten each dough ball into a small circle.
- Place a cheese cube in the center. Wrap dough around it. Pinch to seal.
Step 3: Butter and Bake
- Arrange rolls seam-side down in the baking dish.
