2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or chives<\/li>\n\n\n\n

2 large eggs, beaten (for coating)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
1 cup panko breadcrumbs<\/li>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Make the Mix<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n
In a bowl, combine cold mashed potatoes, cheese, egg yolk, and parsley.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
