1 cup balsamic vinegar<\/li>\n\n\n\n

2 sprigs fresh rosemary<\/li>\n\n\n\n

Step-by-Step Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Step 1: Sear the Ribs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F (165\u00b0C). Pat short ribs dry. Season generously with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
