1 lb (450g) pizza dough (store-bought or homemade), room temperature<\/li>\n\n\n\n
\u00bd cup ricotta salata or provolone (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
\u00bd cup pepperoni slices (or cooked sausage, mushrooms, bell peppers)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
\u00bd cup marinara sauce (plus more for dipping)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
1 tsp Italian seasoning<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Cornmeal or flour for dusting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Step-by-Step Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Step 1: Preheat & Prep<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n
