    • 8 fresh jalapeños
    • 4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
    • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 2 green onions, finely chopped
    • ¼ tsp garlic powder
    • 8 slices bacon, cut in half

    Step-by-Step Instructions

    Step 1: Preheat and Prep

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.

    Step 2: Prepare Jalapeños

    1. Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and membranes (wear gloves!).

    Step 3: Make Filling
