Ingredients

Makes 12 sliders.
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls (or slider buns), attached in a block
- 6 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slices deli ham (or about ½ lb / 225g)
- 6 slices Swiss cheese (or provolone)
For the Garlic Butter Topping:
- ¼ cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp poppy seeds or everything bagel seasoning (optional)
- 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
Step 2: Scramble Eggs
- Whisk eggs and milk with salt and pepper. Scramble in a skillet over medium heat until just set (don’t overcook).
Step 3: Prepare Buns
- Without separating individual rolls, slice the entire block of buns horizontally (top and bottom slab). Place bottom slab in the baking dish.
Step 4: Assemble
- Layer ham, scrambled eggs, and Swiss cheese on the bottom slab. Place top bun slab over everything.
Step 5: Butter & Bake
- Mix melted butter, mustard, poppy seeds, and parsley. Brush over tops of buns.
- Cover with foil. Bake 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5-7 more minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
Step 6: Serve
- Pull apart. Serve warm. Sweet, savory, pull-apart perfection.

Storage Notes
Fridge: 3 days. Reheat in oven or air fryer at 350°F for 8-10 minutes. Not freezer-friendly (eggs get rubbery). Great for brunch parties and busy mornings — assemble ahead and bake fresh.
