- 1 large onion, sliced
- 8 oz (225g) mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Make Patties
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 oval patties.

Step 2: Pan-Sear
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties 4-5 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
Step 3: Make Gravy
