    Ingredients

    • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
    • 8 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
    • 1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar or Gruyère cheese
    • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
    • Optional: black pepper, chives, or hot honey for drizzling

    Step-by-Step Instructions

    Step 1: Prep

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Step 2: Fill
