Thinly sliced steak, caramelized onions and peppers, gooey provolone, all tucked into sweet Hawaiian rolls. Brush with garlic butter. Bake. Pull apart. Disappear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Makes 12 sliders.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 package (12 count) Hawaiian rolls<\/li>\n\n\n\n
1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or steak-umms<\/li>\n\n\n\n
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced<\/li>\n\n\n\n
1 onion, thinly sliced<\/li>\n\n\n\n
2 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n
\u00bd tsp salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n
\u00bc tsp black pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n
6 slices provolone cheese (torn in half)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
3 tbsp butter, melted<\/li>\n\n\n\n
1 tsp garlic powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Step-by-Step Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Step 1: Preheat and Cook Fillings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F (190\u00b0C).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and pepper. Cook 5 minutes until soft. Remove.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

Layer steak mixture evenly on bottom rolls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Top with provolone slices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Place top slab of rolls back on.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Step 4: Butter and Bake<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n
Mix melted butter and garlic powder. Brush over tops.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
