4 dried guajillo chiles, stems and seeds removed<\/li>\n\n\n\n

4 garlic cloves<\/li>\n\n\n\n
1 white onion, quartered<\/li>\n\n\n\n
2 tomatoes, roasted or boiled<\/li>\n\n\n\n
1 tablespoon cumin<\/li>\n\n\n\n
1 tablespoon dried oregano<\/li>\n\n\n\n
1 teaspoon black pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n
1 teaspoon ground cloves (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
6 cups beef broth<\/li>\n\n\n\n
2 bay leaves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
For the Tacos:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

2 cups shredded Oaxaca or mozzarella cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Chopped cilantro and white onion for garnish<\/li>\n\n\n\n

Step-by-Step Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Step 1: Make the Chile Sauce<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n
Toast dried chiles in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side. Cover with hot water and soak for 15 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
